REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 14,201 <br />Councilmember Scott, Chairperson, Zoning and Annexation Committee met this afternoon and <br />send bill 14 -64 to the full Council favorably. <br />Mark Meyer- 125 S Lafayette Blvd- Special exception request to expand an existing business, <br />we ask for a favorable recommendation. <br />Presenter- Dan- 26030 N Ridge Drive- it is currently a daycare the facility for a special exception <br />is for an existing building already <br />Council Attorney- can you restate the current occupancy that you currently have. Presenter we <br />have a current license for 82 corridors looking to raise our occupancy to 120 and would allow us <br />to hire by 11 %. <br />This being the time heretofore set for Public Hearing on the above bill, proponents and <br />opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to <br />this bill, Councilmember Dieter made a motion for passage to fall Council concerning this bill. <br />Councilmember Henry Davis, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by a roll call count of nine <br />(9) ayes. <br />BILL NO. 14 -65 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING <br />CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1904 <br />NORTH KENMORE STREET AS AN ECONOMIC <br />REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A TWO <br />-YEAR (2) REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />J.J. WHITE, INCORPORATED <br />15 <br />
