REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 14, 2014 <br />Councilmember Gavin Ferlic, Chairperson, Community Investments met and sends bill 14 -35 to <br />the full Council favorably. <br />Chris Gillman- Office on 14" floor of this building- you have two resolutions the first we were <br />able to move here to take advantage of the city incentives. Total taxes to be paid would be $7, <br />590 for the two years, total taxes to be abated $13,187, jobs created 13. At the other plant, <br />planning to invest approximately $620,000 in personal property. Total taxes to be abated $25, <br />229, total taxes to be paid $28, 094, and 13 jobs, which average wage of $19. <br />This being the time heretofore set for the Public Hearing on the above bill, proponents and <br />opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to <br />this Resolution, Councilmember Dieter made a motion to adopt bill 14 -34. Councilmember <br />Schey seconded the motion which carried and the Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of <br />nine (9) ayes. <br />Councilmember Dr. Ferlic made a motion to adopt bill 14 -35.
