Each Committee isrequired to have not less than one (1) citizen member and <br />no more than one -third (1/3) of its membership filled by citizen members. By completing <br />and filing this application form, the applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations <br />set forth in the South Bend Municipal Code if selected to serve as a citizen member for <br />the current calendar year.
