He stated that he would like to have the right of adoption <br />for Pit - bulls. <br />Peggy Tomkiewicz, 2801 Calvert, South Bend, Indiana, stated that she would like to know the <br />status of the New Energy (Ethanol Plant.) She stated that for now the city has negotiated to have <br />the pumps turned on, but is concerned about the future. She asked the Council to please keep the <br />residents advised on the status. <br />Gabriella, 1121 Stanfield, South Bend, Indiana, stated that she is concerned about the breed <br />specific legislation of the Pit -bull. She encouraged the Council to reconsider the right of <br />adoption. <br />Linda Cole, 2801 S.
