JEFFERSON BLVD., ROOM 1140 COUNTY -CITY BUILDING, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 (S74) 23S,9571 <br />July 22, 2015 <br />South Bend Common Council <br />4m Floor, County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />RE: Bill #29 -15 <br />APC# 2745 -15 Text Amendment Initiated by the Area Plan Commission <br />Dear Council Members: <br />The following changes have been made to the Ordinance for the above referenced petition: <br />Ordinance: <br />1) Section (c) (1) (B) Corrected terminology to reflect updated ordinance requirements by replacing <br />"Preliminary Plan" with "Petition for Zone Map Change to PUD District ". <br />2) Section (c) (12) Recording was deleted; <br />3) Section (c) (13) was renumbered to (c) (12) accordingly; <br />4) Section (d) (2) (A) and (C) were amended to add "beyond what was originally approved during the <br />Zone Map Change to PUD ". This will clarify the authority to approve minor modifications that meet <br />the development standards specified during the original Petition for Zone Map Amendment. <br />A Copy of the revised Ordinance is attached.
