The Common Council further believes that a policy of this nature deserves enhanced <br />public input and the greatest degree of transparency possible. <br />Section III. Councilmember Valerie Schey, 1314 E. Wayne St. North, South Bend— I shared with <br />the committee earlier, however for public record Councilmember Henry Davis Jr. brought this <br />issue to our attention.
