Property located at 4085 Meghan <br />Beeler Court. This come this evening with a favorable recommendation. <br />Petitioner: Mike Branch, 2099 E. Clear Lake Rd., Buchanan, MI — We are seeking a special <br />exception to allow for a state of the art indoor baseball facility at 4085 Meghan Beeler Court. <br />The facility will feature automated pitching machines for baseball and softball, video analysis, <br />and northern Indiana's first baseball simulator. The plan calls for six (6) cages to be used for <br />hitting, pitching, and touching the screen. <br />This being the time heretofore set for the Public Hearing on the above bill, proponents and <br />opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to <br />this bill, Councilmember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to adopt resolution 15 -66. Councilmember <br />Karen White seconded the motion which carried and the Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote <br />of eight (8) ayes. <br />10 <br />
