This petition is located in South Bend's Third District which I represent. <br />Mr. Nathan Rivers of Legacy Ink is looking to establish his business on Mishawaka Ave. Mr. Rivers has taken <br />time to contact and meet with the River Park Neighborhood Association and the River Park Business <br />Association.
