REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 10, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Dale DeVon, DeVon Custom Homes, 17871, St. Rd. 23, South Bend, Indiana, made <br />the presentation on behalf of the owners Robert J. and Deborah S. Bernhard. <br /> <br />Mr. DeVon advised that owners intend to construct a 3,100 square foot, single-family, <br />owner-occupied home. The home will have four bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a <br />kitchen, dining room, den great room, laundry room, fireplace and attached two-car <br />garage. The cost of the home will be approximately $450,000. <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br /> <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br />opposition to this Resolution, Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to adopt this <br />Resolution.
