REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 10, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Danch advised that the petitioner is requesting the approval of a Special Exception <br />for their property located in the 900 Block of Oliver Plow Court, South Bend, Indiana. <br />He stated that this Special Exception will allow the petitioner to increase the amount of <br />area of their property that can be used for outside storage. Mr. Danch further noted that <br />the petitioner believes that the approval of the proposed Special Exception will fit with <br />the existing industrial uses in this portion of the Oliver Plow Industrial Park. <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br /> <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br />opposition to this Resolution, Councilmember Varner made a motion to adopt this <br />Resolution.
