REGULAR MEETING MARCH 09, 2015 Councilmember Schey goes on to state that she will support the bill since the bond has already been approved and the amendment is only for technical changes. This being the time heretofore set for the Public Hearing on the above bill, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. There being no one else present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to this bill, Councilmember Dieter made a motion for favorable recommendation to send this bill to full Council. Councilmember Gavin seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of seven (7) ayes and one (1) nays Councilmember Henry Davis, Jr., RISE AND REPORT Councilmember Varner made a motion to rise and report to full Council.
