REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 23, 2015 <br />in Council seats and you don't have the best interest or the rights of the citizens at hand why you <br />are sitting up there. <br />Braylin Watson, 2010 S. Gertrude St., South Bend, Indiana, states that he's heard everyone <br />tonight and wants everyone to know that God is watching. What's done in the dark will come to <br />light. Mr. Watson states he comes to represent Jesus and he comes subject to God and we all will <br />too at some point. Mr. Watson wants us to remember that God is watching us all. <br />Kintae Lark, 307 Chapin St, South Bend, Indiana, states that he'd like to request (6) six minutes <br />if needed. <br />Oliver Davis made the motion to grant petitioner an additional three minutes Councilmember <br />Henry Davis seconded the motion, the motion carries. <br />Kintae states that he speaking on behalf of the issue presented here tonight, states he's running <br />for City Council at Large and says he's had a really hard life and he now mentors young - <br />children.
