This requested Rezoning would allow for the approval of an <br />LI Light Industrial zoning classification to allow for future industrial development of <br />various types for Ignition Park South development and adjacent properties. <br />Our clients believe the uses proposed for this portion of the Indiana Avenue Corridor would be <br />a compatible with the surrounding mixed residential, commercial and industrial uses in the <br />neighborhood. <br />If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to give me a call at 234 -4003. <br />SincereI <br />Michael J.
