REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 25, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br /> <br />Sandy Dreibelbeis, 203 Eckman, South Bend, Indiana, asked three questions for either <br />the Mayor or the Council to answer. 1. Is it true that it cost more than $116,000 for <br />police overtime to provide traffic control on home football weekends and that Notre <br />Dame does not pay for this service? 2.
