What is the commitment your firm makes to minority employment during the next five <br />years? <br />Stanz Foodservice. Inc. is an equal onnortunity emnlover. Emnlovment decisions are <br />based on merit and business needs, and have not been based on race, color, citizenship <br />status, national origin, gender, a~ ig on, physical or mental disability, veteran status, <br />or any other factor protected by law. Stanz is, however, committed to continuing_to <br />follow affirmative action measures during the next five years to attract minority <br />candidates. Rather than relying on walk-in traffic for the applicant pool, Stanz will <br />advertise in local newspapers and increase its use of employment agencies to attract <br />minority candidates. Continued expansion of the recruitment methods is intended to <br />increase Stanz' applicant pool and facilitate the selection of qualified minority candidates <br />for open positions at Stanz, includin frg om applicants who may reside in targeted census <br />tracts surrounding the South Bend Airport Industrial Park. <br />17.
