When considering the totality of the area there are very <br />few, if any, alley vacations with as many access points. hi the unfortunate event that emergency <br />persomzel were called to react to a fire, equipment would have ample access to both space and <br />direct hose line. <br />Should the Board see fit to give this request a favorable recommendation any further action will <br />include an access easement for emergency vehicles and personnel. <br />I again thank the Board for it's time and effort in this matter.
