<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01,34ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
<br />Section 1•
<br />That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana,
<br />is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend; Indiana:
<br />A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Toi +mship 37 North, Range 3
<br />East, in Centre Tovmship, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly de-
<br />scribed as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section

<br />Section 31 (also the centerline of Kern Road) to the Point of Beginning;
