C. Termination of this Agreement in any manner shall not operate to release the <br />indemnities of the Owner set forth in Sections 5b and 20 herein and shall not operate to terminate <br />any liability or obligation of the Owner to the Agent for any payment, reimbursement or other <br />sum of money due and payable to the Agent hereunder. <br />d. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Agent and <br />the heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns of the Owner. <br />e. If either party defaults or breaches this Agreement, which default or breach is not <br />cured within a reasonable time after receipt of notice from the other party to cure, then in <br />addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled the prevailing party shall be entitled to <br />recover all costs including reasonable attorney fees it incurs in the enforcement of its rights <br />hereunder. <br />f. This Agreement is entered into and shall be interpreted and enforced according to the <br />laws of the State of Indiana. <br />-10- <br />
