ORDINANCE NO. S t' / S -7 5— AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND BADGER METER, INCORPORATED, OF MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN WATER METERS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $156,976.80. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of South Bend, Indiana, and Badger Meter, Incorporated, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the 17th day of February, 1975, for the purchase of as required in the operation of said Bureau of Water in total cost not to exceed the quantity and cost itemized hereafter listed in the total amount of $156,976.80, is confirmed.
