ORDINANCE NO. 5873 -75 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS <br />FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FOR <br />THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />REVOLVING FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />SOUTHOLD HERITAGE FOUNDATION, INC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, that: <br />SECTION I. The City of South Bend, through the <br />Department OT Human Resources, shall enter into a contract <br />with the Southold Heritage Foundation, Inc., in order to <br />establish a revolving fund for housing preservation in the <br />West Washington Historic District. <br />SECTION II. A grant of $75,000 shall be awarded to <br />the Southold Heritage Foundation, Inc. to establish such <br />fund. <br />SECTION III. The fund will be administered by the <br />Southold Herit g Foundation, Inc., in accordance with the <br />attached contract. <br />SECTION IV. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from an after its passage by the Common Council and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed August 11, 1975, as amended. <br />
