Hunt, Director <br />Subj.: Transfer of funds. <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned respectfully requests a transfer of funds <br />to Other Supplies (00 0370.0 006) from the following two <br />accounts: <br />Building & Structure Repairs (00 0251.0 000) - <br />Equipment Repairs <br />(00 0252.0 000) - <br />$300.00 <br />325.00 <br />X625.00 <br />In an attempt to obtain some assurance that the Cityts radio <br />equipment, particularly that of the Fire and Police Departments, <br />will not be benched for lack of discrete and proprietary parts, <br />we make this request at this late date. <br />Account 0251.0, which is meant to be insurance against lightning <br />or wind damage to our several antenna structures about the city <br />has never been used; the chances are good it will not be used <br />this year, since the wind and lightning season is past. <br />Account 0252.0, used mainly for repairs and calibration of <br />service equipment and meters, can be delayed until early 1976. <br />� 1�r- <br />Joh` n V.
