ORDINANCE NO. 5Q I 3- '2 57- AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $32,800.00 BETWEEN VARIOUS ACCOUNTS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Department of Administration and Finance, in the General Fund, so that it is now necessary to appro- priate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary condi- tions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for various accounts with- in the Department of Administration and Finance, in the General Fund budget, to assure that departments ability to properly perform its func- tions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in various accounts of the Depart- ment of Administration and Finance, in the General Fund, which are not presently needed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I.
