REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 25, 1957 After due consideration it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the attached ordinance to amend "The Zoning Ordinance of South Bend, Indiana" be recommended favorably to the Common Council. ORDINANCE NO. 4198 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4117 WHICH IS AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 3709 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, CHAPTER 26, SECTION 4 THEREOF PROVIDING FOR THE RATES OF FARE The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion for suspension of rules. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays. The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays.
