Councilman Muszynski moved for <br />suspension of rules. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion:. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 7 ayes <br />C ouncilmen Erler, Korpal, Bestle, Niezgodski, Glass, Hahn and Muszynski) - 0 nays - 1 absent (Councilman Pinter). <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes (Councilmen Erler, Korpal, Bestle, <br />Niezgdoski, Glass, Hahn and Muszynski) - 0 nays 1 absent (Councilman Pinter). <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FROM STREET <br />AND TRAFFIC FUND $18,000.00 TO 251E REPAIRS OF BRIDGES <br />$18,000.00; ALL?OF -THE BUDGET FOR 1954 OF THE CIVIL CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Bestle made a motion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on November 8th. Councilman <br />Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Councilman Niezgodski moved that the Streets and Alleys Committee, including Councilman Niezgodski as chairman, <br />study a method for property ownerswhosecurbs are broken down at alley intersections by heavy trucks. Councilman <br />Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />0 <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Muszynski moved to adjourn, which motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Hahn.
