Motion carried. <br />Councilman Hahn moved that all persons affected by the transfer of funds be notified to appear at the meeting <br />to explain the reason for the so- called transfers* Councilman Niezgodski seconded the motion. Motion carried* <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Councilman Niezgodski moved that a committee be appointed to study the creation of a measure to regulate the <br />burning of trash and garbage. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />President Erler appointed Councilmen Niezgodski, Glass, Pinter and Bestle. <br />Councilman Niezgodski moved that all city and county officials and others interested in juvenile deli4queney <br />problems be invited to attend a meeting of the Council next Monday, September 20th, to study legislation <br />establishing curf=ew and banning crime comics. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn, which motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Glass.
