REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 14TH, 1953 <br />(Continued) <br />79 That it is the belief of the petitioners that the rezoning as proposed herein, and the construction <br />of a modern hospital on said real estate and its use for hospital purposes in the future, will in no way disturb <br />or alter the residential character of the neighborhood in which said real estate is located; it is further the <br />belief of petitioners that there is a compelling need for the construction of new hospital facilities in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, and in the City of South Bend in particular. <br />8.
