<br />An ordinance defining "milk" and certain "milk products ", "milk producer ", "pasteurization ", etc, prohibiting the sa:
<br />of adulterated and misbranded milk and milk products, requiring permits for the sale of milk and milk products, regu•
<br />lating the inspection of dairy farms and mile plants, the examination, grading, labeling, placarding, pasteurization
<br />regrading, distribution, and sale of milk and milk products, providing for the publishing df milk grades, the cor_strl
<br />tion of future dairies and milk plants, providing for the licensing of dairies - retail and wholesale distributors, th,
<br />enforcement of this ordinance, and the fixing of penalties."
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance as amended shall be

<br />Councilman Brannan reported verbally for the Streets and Alleys Committee to the effect that they had contacted the
<br />Indiana & Michigan Electric Company relative to more decorative light fixtures for the business section of the city.
<br />The -Indiana & Michigan Electric Company agreed to a meeting with the Committee and asked for definite information as
<br />to just what type.of ornamentation is desired. President McCarthy asked Councilman Jordan to meet with the group
<br />to give them this information to which Councilman Jordan agreed.
