<br />South Bend, to consider the nusience hereto presented. The South Shore, Railroad is taking
<br />privilege in spotting coal cers on siding north side of Orange Street between Olive end Freemont
<br />Street, which was never been used for this purpose of unloading coal.
<br />The South Snore is spotting coel cars for C. W. Peterson 2611 W. Linden Ave., who is affiliated
<br />with the South Bend Coal and Wood of the seme address.
<br />We the undersigned ask your honorable body of the Council to consider the damage being done and
<br />ask for eleminPtion of infernal nusiance werehaving to content with.

<br />An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $50.00 from the- General Fund of the City of South
<br />Bend to account T -7 under the Board of Health for traveling expenses in declaring an emergency.

<br />General Fund of the City of South Bend to B -15, the same being the account for new Traffic
<br />Lights, under the Board of Safety of the,City of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />motion of Councilman Chambers was referred to the Committee of the Whole for consideration and
<br />also that a. public hearing by held November 23rd, 1936. Councilman James seconded the motion.
