REGULAR MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 9th, 1936 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana., met•in the Regular Session in the Council Chambers of-the City Hall, Monday evening, November 9th, 1936, at the hour of 7:45 P. M. All members were present..,.-President Fish presided. Councilman Goetz moved that the reading of the minutes for the last meeting be dispensed with. Councilman Bier - wagen seconded the motion. Motion carried. CERTIFICATION OF POSTING NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS In the Matter- Determinir)g Additicnal Appropriations for extra funds fort raveling expenses for t Secretary of the Board of Health. The.larger portion of this addition was annexed to the City since the zoning law was enacted and this ordinance is.for the purpose of zoning the unzoned portion and changing the i c7_essif4cation on certain parts of lots so that no lot will be found in two use districts.
