OT?DIYAD?CE NOT,.. 3156 - An Ordinance transferring the sum of Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Nenety -three Dollars ($111493.00) from the Delinquent end Deficit Fund derived from the Barrett-Law collection under the City•TreEsurer's Office to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. The Ordinenee was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on motion of Councilmen Hull was referred. to the Committee of thle Whole and also that a public hearing be held September 14th, 1936. Councilma.n'Bierwagen seconded the motion. Motion carried, There being no further business, Councilman Hull moved to adjourn. Councilman Chambers seconded the motion: Motion carried.
