4to continued from Coi;ncil to request the Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court to appoint appraisers to appraise about 450 ranks of wood which has been out by W. P..A., forces on the Pin Hook Project. Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, By this Common Council that we hereby request the Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court to appoint appraisers to appraise said wood pursuant to sale thereof by the Department of Public Parks. Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, By this Board tha.t•we request the Honorable Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana_, to request the Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court to appoint appraisers to appraise said wood.
