Gentlemen: Being dead rous;of obtaining a. re-zoning of the following property, located. on North Michigan Street, as follows: Beginning at a point on the S. side of Madison St. at the,E, line of the alley W. of Michigan St. thence S. on the E. line of said alley to the intersection with ,the E. and W. alley between Madison St. and LaSalle Ave. thence E. on the N.�line of said alley and on this line prolonged to the St..Joseph River,�ffi thence N. Easterly along the Westerly line said river to the S. line of Madison St. thence W. on the S. li4p of Madison St. to the place of beginning.
