Councilman Smith made a motion that <br />the ordinance be set for public hearing on May 10, 1965. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Councilman Palmer made a motion <br />that the ordinance be set for public hearing on April 27, 1965. Councilman Smith seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF GENERAL ORDINANCE N0. 4608 -63 <br />KNOWN AS THE "MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, 1962" <br />(Taxi Ordinance) <br />The Clerk read a communication from Richard C. Ellis, President of the Courtesy Cab Company, requesting that a <br />copy of the proposed ordinance be forwarded to them. <br />Councilman Geib made a motion that a copy of the proposed ordinance be forwarded to Mr. Ellis. Councilman <br />Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />
