Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />May 12, 1964 <br />The attached ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission amending Ordinance No. 3702, the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana by deleting therefrom the following: (10)Foundry, aluminum, <br />was legally advertised under date of April 27, 1964 and given public hearing on May 7, 1964. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />May 12, 1964 <br />The attached petition of Charles and Gaylene Coussens, et al, to rezone from "A Residential Use and "A" Height <br />and Area District to "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as <br />a 20 acre tract of land having 680 feet, more or less, frontage on Corby Blvd., and lying 2016 feet, more or <br />less, west of Hickory Road, was legally advertised under date of January 27, 1964 and given public hearing on <br />February 6, 1964. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the requested <br />zoning was not in the best interest of the subject area. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />May 12, 19 64 <br />The attached petition of Martha Wappenstein.et al, to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "C" Commercial Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as a parcel <br />of land having frontage of 20 feet on the west right -of -way line of Ironwood Drive between Mishawaka Avenue and <br />Vine Street was legally advertised under date of April 27, 1964 and given public hearing on May 7, 1964. The <br />following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the requested zoning <br />would be in the best interest of the subject area.
