RE@I)LAR MEETING FEBRUARY 1U, 1964 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 -- 64 <br />WHEREAS, God, in His Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life, <br />MARY PALMER DAVIS, Mother of Councilman Albert E. Palmer, <br />WHEREAS, her untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow to <br />her bereaved family and her many friends, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the Common <br />Council hereby extend to Albert E. Palmer and to the other <br />members of the family our sincere sympathy in this their <br />deepest hour of sorrow; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be set aside in the Council <br />Records in the City of South Bend and this Resolution <br />be copied thereon and a copy duly certified by the Clerk <br />be sent to Councilman Albert E.
