ORDINANCE NO. 4605 - - -63 AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION FUND (150.00) The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Krueper) REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION October 7, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to amend Section 23 -(d) of Ordinance No. 3702, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, was legally advertised under-date of September 23, 1963 and given public hearing on October 3, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration it was duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the proposed amendment be r favorably to the Council. REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION October 7, 1963 The Honroable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally bounded on the east by Jacob Street, on the west by Arthur Street, on the north by Sorin Street and on the south by McKinley was legally advertised under date of September 23, 1963 and given public hearing on October 3, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject area would be "A" Residential. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council with the further recommendation that the petition bs amended from the Council floor to exclude: -Lots 1 and 2 of Madison Park Addition.
