Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 7, 1963 <br />The Honroable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally bounded on the east by <br />Jacob Street, on the west by Arthur Street, on the north by Sorin Street and on the south by McKinley was legally <br />advertised under date of September 23, 1963 and given public hearing on October 3, 1963. The following action <br />was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject area would be "A" Residential. <br />It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the <br />Council with the further recommendation that the petition bs amended from the Council floor to exclude: -Lots 1 and <br />2 of Madison Park Addition. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/s/ Robert L.
