Councilman Lehman stated that there are <br />a large number of public hearings already scheduled for October 14th and moved that this Ordinance be set for public <br />hearing on October 28, 1963. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43 - - -63 <br />RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY PLANNING <br />COMMISSION $75.00, AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN <br />THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so <br />that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various <br />functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br />WHEREAS, Account No. 55, described as Subscriptsions and Dues, in the City Planning Commission Fund is depleted <br />
