ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Southeast corner of Jackson & York) The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 27, 1963. Councilman Ladewski seconded the potion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ON THE 14TH DAY OF JUNE, 1949, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Southwest corner of Lincolnway East and Twyckenham) The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 27, 1963. Councilman Allen asked if the hearing could be held on June 10, 1963. Councilman Lehman withdrew his motion and moved that the Ordinance be set for public hearing on June 10,1963. Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Land bounded by Kendall, Calvert, Franklin and Ewing). The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 27, 1963. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Section 4 -A (1) The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CONTROLLER, $1,000.00; AND THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM FUND $214.05 The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. -Councilman Lehman made a motion that the Ordinance be for public hearing on June 10, 1963. Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. RESOLUTION #33 - - -63 RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE PARK GENERAL FUND - -- $650.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE PARK GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various funct of the Department of Public Parks to meet such extraordinary emergencies, and, WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that certain accounts in the Park General Fund have more money than is needed at this time. SECTION 1. That the following account be reduced in the amount set opposite said account: Acct. No. Classification Item Amount 726 Properties Other Equipment $650.W SECTION 2. That the following-account be increased in the amount set opposite said account: Acct. No. Classification Item Amount 73 Properties Land $650.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of South Bend that the sum of $650.00 be transferred from Account No. 726 to Account No. 73 as set out above in Sections 1 and 2 of this resolution.
