a+v var aa+. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION May 6, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of Ora J. Stahl to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana, the property generally described as being at the northwest corner of the northeast one - quarter section of Section 31, T37N, R3E, being at Jackson Road at the intersection of York Road, continued south and containing one lot 250 feet by 35-feet having frontage on Jackson Road was legally advertised under date of April 22, 1963 and given public hearing on May 2, 1963. The follow- ing action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that in their opinion the six determinants of annexation apply to the area in issue. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION /s/ Robert L. Huff Robert L. REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION May 6, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of Sylvia Pence, et al, to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "C " Commercial Use and "B" Height and Area District the property generally located at the southwest corner of Lincolnway East and Twyckenham Drive was legally advertised under date of April 22, 1963 and given public hearing on May 2, 1963. The following action was taken: After due-consideration the Commission found that the favorable recommendation of this petition would constitute spot zoning. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION May 6, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from the existing zoning and height and area district to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on thee':east by the first north -south alley west of Franklin Street, on the west by Kendall.Street, on the north by the first east - west alley north of Calvert Street and on the south by Ewing Avenue was legally advertised under date of April 22, 196 and given public hearing on May 2, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area would be "A"" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District.
