a+v var aa+. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />May 6, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of Ora J. Stahl to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana, the property generally described <br />as being at the northwest corner of the northeast one - quarter section of Section 31, T37N, R3E, being at Jackson <br />Road at the intersection of York Road, continued south and containing one lot 250 feet by 35-feet having frontage on <br />Jackson Road was legally advertised under date of April 22, 1963 and given public hearing on May 2, 1963. The follow- <br />ing action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that in their opinion the six determinants of annexation apply to the <br />area in issue. The following action was taken: <br />After due-consideration the Commission found that the favorable recommendation of this petition would constitute <br />spot zoning. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area would be "A"" Residential Use and "A" <br />Height and Area District.
