<br />ON THE EAST BY SCOTT STREET, ON THE SOUTH BY THE FIRST EAST -WEST PUBLIC
<br />ALLEY NORTH OF MONROE STREET, AND ON THE WEST BY CHAPIN STREET IN THE
<br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LOW RENT HOUSING
<br />PROJECT CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY TWENTY (20) UNITS, BY THE HOUSING
<br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
<br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, has heretofore entered into a Cooperation Agreement with The Housing
<br />Authority of the City of South Bend, Indiana;
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said Cooperation Agreement, The .Housing Authority of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />has requested the City of South Bend, Indiana, to approve a site comprising approximately 2.40 acres of land located
<br />in the City of South BEnd, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and described as follows, to -wit:
<br />A parcel of land in the City of South BEnd, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
<br />bounded on the North by Western Avenue, on the East by Scott Street,
<br />on the South by the first East -West public alley North of Monroe.Street,
<br />and on the West by Chapin Street,
<br />for the purpose of constructing thereon a low -rent housing project consisting of approximately Twenty (20) units;
