Motion carried by a roll call vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4556 - - -63 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAKING OF A TEMPORARY IRAN FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND THE ISSUANCE <br />AND SALE OF WARRANTS OF THE CITY FOR SUCH PURPOSE. <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 28 - - -63 <br />RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CITY PLANNING <br />COMMISSION FUND - $50.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE <br />ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE CITY PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so <br />that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various funct <br />of City. Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br />WHEREAS, Account No. 252, .described as Repairs to Equipment, Was not included under the City Planning Commission <br />budget and the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars is needed forthwith; and <br />WHEREAS, Under Account No. 241, described as Printings, Other than Office Supplies, under the City Planning <br />Commission Fund, there is Fifty ($50.00) Dollars that will not be needed at this time, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of Fifty <br />($50.00) Dollars be transferred from Account No. 241, described as Printing, Other than Office Supplies <br />under the City Planning Commission Fund, to Account No. 252, described as Repairs to Equipment, under <br />the City Planning Commission Fund. <br />/s/ Chester Muszynski <br />Member of the Common Council <br />The Resolution was adopted upon a roll call vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />
