REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 8, 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bead <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />the recently annexed land being generally described as a parcel of land 814 feet east and west by 275 feet north and <br />south frosting on Hickory Road and being 1290 feet north of Edison Road was legally advertised under date of Septem- <br />ber 24, 1962 and given public hearing on October 4, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for subject area would be residential. It was <br />therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/s /Robert L. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area would be residential. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area would be residential.
