Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />May 11, 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" <br />Height and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as a parcel of land containing 109 <br />acres at the northeast corner of Maple Road and Douglas Road (also known as Lathrop Avenue) was legally advertised <br />under date of April 23, 1962 and given public hearing on May 3, 1962. Councilman Coleman made a motion that the <br />Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 28, 1962. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that <br />the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 28, 1962. Councilman Allen seconded the motion.
