The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that this is the most logical zoning for <br />justice would be done by the granting of the petition. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that there is an apparent need for additional commercial zoning in the <br />general area, and that the best use of subject land would be commercial. Councilman Lehman made a motion that <br />the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 14, 1962. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS <br />(38.9 acres along the Pennsylvania Railroad Tracks) <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that <br />the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 14, 1962. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion.
