REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION February 9, 1962 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex,to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land containing 9.99 acres, more or less, in the Northwest One Quarter of Section 27, T38N, R2E, and more commonly known as the South Bend Police Pistol Range was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION /s/ Robert L. Huff Robert L. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION February 9, 1962 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land bounded on the west by Portage Avenue, on the north by the Northern Indiana East -West Toll Road, and on the east and south by the present city limits containing approximately 192 acres, and more commonly known as the County Home and the County Highway Garage, was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION February 9, 1962 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land being more generally described as fronting on Edison Road 726 feet east of Ironwood Road and bounded on the east and west by the present city limits containing 2 acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist.
