REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 9, 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the Common Council to annex,to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land containing <br />9.99 acres, more or less, in the Northwest One Quarter of Section 27, T38N, R2E, and more commonly known as the <br />South Bend Police Pistol Range was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on <br />February 1, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. <br />It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended <br />favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/s/ Robert L. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 9, 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land bounded on <br />the west by Portage Avenue, on the north by the Northern Indiana East -West Toll Road, and on the east and south by <br />the present city limits containing approximately 192 acres, and more commonly known as the County Home and the <br />County Highway Garage, was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, <br />1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 9, 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land being more <br />generally described as fronting on Edison Road 726 feet east of Ironwood Road and bounded on the east and west by <br />the present city limits containing 2 acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of January 23, 1962 and <br />given public hearing on February 1, 1962.
