Corporal Miller, Coordinator for the Mayor's Traffic Commissionfled the following communications: Mr. Joseph Kroll, President Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Dear Sir: March 27, 1961 The members of the Mayor's Citizens Traffic Commission hereby respectfully request permission of the council to hol the weekly sessions of the "Drivers Improvement School" in the council chambers. School sessions to be held each Wednesday from 7:00 P.M., to 9:00 P.M., and each Saturday-from 10:00 A.M. to noon. Permission is also requested to store our equipment in the council storage room of which a suitable lock with keys to be given to the council - members. The traffic school is intended for all cizitens of this community on a volunteer basis as well as those students assigned by the city court. RWM /md Respectfully submitted, Albert V.
