Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. Councilman Allen then made a motion that the Budget for the Morris Civic Auditorium go to the Council <br />as favorable as amended. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the Budget for the Engineering Department be approved and go to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />Councilman Krueper made a motion that the Budget for the Building Department be approved and go to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ELECTRICAL, HEATING AND SIGN INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion to amend ME-216, Traveling Expenses, $600.00, by deleting the item; Grand Total <br />by striking $55,718.00 and inserting $55,118.00. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Muszynski then made a motion that the Budget for the Electrical, Heating and Sign. Inspection Department <br />be approved and go to the Council favorable as amended. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />CITY CEMETERIES DEPARTMENT <br />Councilman Allen made a motion that the Budget for the City Cemeteries <br />as favorable. Councilman_ Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Allen made a motion that there be a reconsideration of the action of the Committee of the Whole in regard <br />to longevity pay for the Police Chief. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kroll then made a motion to withdraw his motion regarding the longevity pay for the Police Chief. Council- <br />man Glass withdrew his second tb the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kroll then made a motion that the Police Chief receive tha same benefits of longevity as the other <br />members of the Police Department. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Councilman Glass made a motion to amend Q -724, Motor Equipment ( "Snorkel" 1 car, 1 pickup) by striking $52,000.00 <br />and inserting $45,400.00; Q -73, Land, by striking $8,000.00 and inserting $6,000.00; Grand Total by striking $1,796,2 <br />and inserting $1,787;627.00. Councilman 1uszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. Councilman Glass made a <br />motion that the budget for the Fire Department be approved and go to the Council favorable as amended. Councilman <br />Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASURES <br />Councilman Tellson made a motion that the Budget for the Weights and Measures Department be approved and go to the <br />Council as favorable. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Budg <br />for the Sanitation Department be approved and go to the Council, favorable, as amended. Councilman Muszynski <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />PUBLIC HEALTH CLINIC <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the budget for the Public Health Clinic be approved and go to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />BOARD OF HEALTH <br />$480.00, <br />Councilman Krueper made a motion to delete Item W- 361, /Official Records; and to amend Item W -724, Motor Equipment <br />by striking $2,500.00 and inserting $1,500.00; grand total by striking $135,879.68 and inserting $134,399.68. <br />Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Krueper made a motion that the Budget for the Board of Health be approved and go to the Council as <br />favorable as amended.
