MRS. MARIE TROK, 2303 W. Dunham Street, asked for information in regard tpthe status of the case against.Bremen <br />Iron and Metal Company. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion that there be a full investigation of the junk yard lo * cated at 2214 W. Dunham <br />Street and that Mr. Kopec, the Assistant City Attorney representing the City, be directed to report at the next <br />meeting of the Council, July 27, 1959, and bring with him all his notes to enable him to make a full report as to <br />the status of the action against the Junk yard. Councilman Christman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />IN RE Encroachment along the banks of the St. Joseph River east of the Twyckenham Street Bridge. <br />Councilman Erler made a motion that this violation be called to the attention of the Park Department and such steps - <br />be taken in order to clarify this condition and return the property to the City of South Bend. Councilman Muszynski <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Christman made a motion to adjourn.
