The property sought to be rezoned is located at an inland site bounded on the West by the <br />East line of Broadmoor addition (4th, Fifth, and Sixth Sections), on the North by the South line <br />of Ireland Heights Subdivision First Section, on the East by a line approximately 775 feet East <br />of the West line, and on the South by a line approximately 600 feet North of Ireland Road. <br />2. The property is owned by Al Nall & Associates, Inc., an Indiana Corporation. <br />3.
