REGULAR MEETING APRIL 28, 1969 IREPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE (Continued) Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 40 -27 AND 40 -2$ OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 1962, AS AMENDED, ALSO KNOWN AS SECTIONS 10 AND 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4990, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED." IRespectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. /s/ William W. IIREPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE IITo the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND MIDWEST JANITOR SERVICE AND SUPPLY, INCORPORATED, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES IN THE SUM OF $5,700.00." JJREPORT.OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE IlTo the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT P -23, "INSTRUCTION" IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT P -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL" AND FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT P -213, "TRAVEL EXPENSE ", IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT P -11, "SERV'ICES PERSONAL ", IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, ALL BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND."
